In my imagination, this is a rock song. For those yang tak boleh imagine ni rock song, LANTAKLAH!!! Hehehe…

Lagu ni pasal, sorang mamat ni minat kat sorang pompuan, Tapi masalahnya, pompuan ni suka laki-laki yang ada duit jer, bukan laki yang boleh offer cinta sejati seperti yang mamat ni boleh offer. Heheh..

After years and years (I’ve miscounted), Gavin is releasing a new album. I really thought this guy was a one-album-wonder (derived from the word one-hit-wonder. Duh!!!). Thank God I was wrong. Yeay!!!

His music is really my type of music. I don’t buy or listen to it yet. But I really hope there’s gonna be a song that as same level or better than my favourite song from Chariot-album, Just Friends. The lyrics for that song, not so marvellous. But the melody, damn marvellous. Besides, who cares about the lyrics. I’m not a lyrics guy. All I really care is a song that was fun to sing. For me, Gavin’s previous album, Chariot; is my top 10 album of all time. (Hmm… I think i should do a post on my top 10 album). It has been several years since the album released, but its song like Just Friends, the famous I Don’t Wanna Be and Follow Through is at top spot on my playlist. My playlist of song to sing during shower. :)

Hope his new album, simply title Gavin Degraw can capture the greatness of the previous album. I watched the video of his new single, In Love With A Girl yesterday on MTV. Although, I must say, the video is just ordinary, the song is quite catchy. I’m beginning to like it.

And one more thing. Am I the only one who’s missing a plane? Bo Bice got a new album!! Why did I not know this??? Hmm… Hope in the new album, Bo’s becoming more “Bo”, I mean, more real to himself. Not like his debut album, Real Thing which is not really a “real thing”. The last album sounded too Clive Davis. (Yup, I can recognise Clive’s touch).

Before I chiow, today is a history in the making. Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah. Malaysia’s film for the first time, been reviewed by The New York Times and New York Post. While it got bad reviews here by some retarded film folk, the mat salleh there, praised the movie highly!! Go Yasmin!!!! I’m really pround of Mukhsin’s team. Just ignore the mrs. talk-big-but-haram-apa-pun-takder, the police-wannabe, the inverted-comma-professor and the one-who’s-become-famous-by-destroying-malay-grammar (suddenly Voldermont came up to my mind). By the way, to Yasmin, when on earth Muallaf gonna be screen on cinema? Dah lama dah ni tunggu!!! 

PS: For those who has been asking for my Idol finale review, there’s gonna be none. I don’t care for both David.

Guys, check Houdini’s version of Kernamu. With little improvisation, the RNB version of this song by Houdini is quite good. I always imagine this song to be a simple acoustic guitar-driven song with minimal music. Just a touch of guitar or maybe some violin. I don’t know.. For me, the genre is Adult-Alernative. But, what the heck!!! I’m just happy that somebody singin my song. And I think, Houdini’s voice fits the song perfectly. Yes, he is indeed singin a little out of tune in some part, but who cares!!! Antara banyak2 Konsert AF, the latest ni antara yg best kot.. Or maybe, yg paling best. Aku tak sure lah… Susah nak decide between AF2 and AF6. AF lain aku tak layan sgt. Malas.. Rumah aku baru pasang ASTRO tahun ni, tu yg melekat skit kot. Dulu, AF2, aku layan kat rumah akak aku.

Overall, aku puas hati dengan keputusan akhir yg kluar. Cuma kelat skit, sian kat Nadia.. Macamana dia boleh terswitch places dgn Toi. Bukan salah Toi actually. Dah rezeki anak2 dia. Eloklah tu. Aku pun pelik gak, apsal ramai kata afundi Toi naik sebab org Johor afundi gila-gila. Mmg bullshit sungguh. Aku org Johor tak undi Toi pun. ???. Hmm… Actually tahun ni, first time afundi. Cheh.. bangga!! Tu pun 2 kali je aku afundi. Afundi Nubhan. Tak kuasa aku nak afundi banyak2. Buang duit.

Aku bukan nak bias atau apa… tapi persembahan paling hebat dan best masa konsert final is…. (drum roll…)… NUBHAN - Ada Untukmu. Selamat mamat ni tak angsa. Kalau angsa gak, tak tahulah. Dia ni lucky sungguh. Lagu yg dia dapat pada aku, ialah lagu yg paling sedap utk finalis AF of any season. (Bob- Cinta Seorang Teman, came close in 2nd). Memang lagu tu sedap and syahdu sungguh. Aku yg tak jiwang pun, boleh terjiwang. Muahahhahhaa… Saper kata org Malaysia tak boleh buat lagu best giler!! SEE, CAN WHAT!! Malaysia boleh! Lagu ni lagi sedap dr lagu Aizat AF5 tu, yg amik dr komposer Indon. Macam takder orang Malaysia. So kepada artis-artis Malaysia, takyahlah cari lagu dr komposer Indon. Bnyk lagi org Malaysia yg talented cuma undiscovered yet. Just, kena bagi mereka chan and peluang. Patutnya Astro kena buat pertandingan realiti utk mencari bakat Pencipta Lagu baru. Ok tak idea aku?? Oklah, Iklan kejab. Jom tgk nubhan nyanyi best giler tuh…

Aku paling kesian kat Nadia. Start2 konsert, dia no 4. Last2, dpt No. 5. Aku rasa, sebab utama placing Nadia jatuh is Adlin. Kalau nak puji Nadia pun, takyahlah nak kutuk2 pelajar lain. Amik ko, fans papa Toi buat revenge and afundi kaw-kaw. Tak ingat dunia diorg undi. Jangan lupa, Toi tu mcm ada org sponsor Afundi jer… (aku rasala, toke restoran tu). Dan lagi satu punca, Nadia dapat dua-dua lagu rancak. Kenapa Nadia tak dapat slow number satu. Hmm.. lagu Mila tu, boring sungguh. Dari tengah sampai akhir, asyik ulang “Ada cinta, ada cinta, ada cinta”. Annoying sungguh!!! The reason aku ckp mcm ni, selalunya org terpikat utk afundi utk slow number. Aku rasalah…. Hehehhe..

Lagi satu aku bengkek malam tu, apsal Sarimah tak jadi co-host!!! AC seperti biasa, ntahapehape. Merepek tahap dewa-dewi. Dalam hati aku, “Apa ko mencarut ni samdol”. Tapi compare dengan concert2 sebelum ni, ada improvement kot. Sian plak aku kat dia sebab ramai kutuk. Hmm.. patutnya, Astro tak boleh pecah2kan macam tu. Pengacara diari lain, and konsert lain. Tgk Aznil…, dia berjaya sebab dia jd pengacara konsert and diari. So dia bnyk modal nak cakap masa konsert. And dia lebih mengenali bebudak tu. Hmm… And lagi satu, apsal diorg tak reveal saper Kutip???

Anyway, congrats to Stacy. Ko mmg layak. Below is my ranking….

Pejam-celik pejam-celik, dah 10 minggu yerk. Tak sangka af dah nak abis dah. Rasanya macam baru semalam jer diorg camping kat hutan tu.. Hmmmm…

Aku ni takderlah follow af giler2, banyak miss lah. Even yg awal2 tu, diari tak tgk langsung and concert 2 kali aku miss sbb lepak kedai mamak dengan member. (tp tgk ulanganlah. Walaubagaimanapun lepas concert kat IB tu, ntah macama mana ntah, tergerak skit nak tgk diari. And aku rasa…. best gak layan diari ni….

3 perkara yang aku rasa mmg best ialah…. 1. Sarimah Ibrahim as a host 2. Lawak laki-bini Stacy dan Nubhan 3. Perang Cik Kutip-Nubhan. Macam lawak plak. Especially the first two…

Kak Sarimah performance as TV host, aku rasa paling best setakat ni kat Malaysia. Even beribu kali lagi best dari Aznil yang cliche 24jam. Where Aznil is lacking is originality. Aznil tends to recycle his lawak where Sarimah’s not. Yes, Sarimah use the same lawak, but dia tukar skit lawak tu and it turn out to be much much klako. Antara scene paling aku tak boleh lupa, dia nyanyi lagu menuju puncak pastu siap menari lagi. Part yg dia buat abugin bola-bola api tu pun lawak. Part dia angkat2 kertas pun lawak.. ishh!! banyak betul lawak. Banyak ni kalau nak senarai. Lepas tu, dia very good looking. Tak ’sakit mata’ lah tengok. Hehehhe… And most importantly, dia tak control ayu.

Stacy pun aku tak sangka boleh jadi minah lawak mcm tu. Lepas tu si Nubhan boleh layan plak. Aku ada sorang member perangai sebijik macam Stacy. Syok layan. Tapi Stacy lagi cun lah.. Ahaaks!!! (Ngumpat sebab member aku tak baca blog aku).. Ada sekali yg masa Nadia and Riz kacau Stacy masa Nubhan tengah nyanyi. Muka dia paling aku tak tahan. Buat muka perasan siap pegang2 pipi lagi.. Aku gelak sampai nak nangis. Lagu Rossa yg dia ubah lirik tu pun aku gelak tak ingat. “Aku wanita, yang paling ayu di dunia, paling rajin, paling sopan, paling bertanggungjawab..“. Heheh, aku siap hapal tu lagu tu. Lepas tu the way Nubhan gelak pun semacam tapi kelako. Tak pernah aku tgk org gelak mcm tu. Tapi tak boleh lawan member Universiti aku yg gelak mcm monyet. IK IK IK UK UK!!!! Pastu boleh plak Stacy cakap, kami akan kawin “Biarpun dua-dua baring sudah“. Muahahhaha..

Anyway, malam ni for sure aku rasa Stacy akan menang. And Stacy deserve it. Dia punya competitior is Riz. Tapi aku rasa Stacy menang kot… Aku OK jer kalau Stacy menang. Sore dia pun ok. Aku dah notice dia OK sejak zaman Gangstarz lagi. Tak sangka plak, dua budak Gangstarz boleh meletup kat AF. Having said that, my fav student is not Stacy. Stacy is 2nd on my fav. My fav is NUBHAN. His voice is precious. Serious, sore dia soothing gila. Eventhough dia tak pandai kawal, sore dia mmg unik. Aku rasa AF6 ni, Nubhan telah mempopularkan satu term - ANGSA. Kalaulah dia boleh sampai part “Aku…..” tu, mmg perfect gilalah. Lagu baru dia pun sedap gila. Masuk and kena dengan sore dia.

Walaupun aku tahu dia takkan menang malam ni, harap2 dia top 3 lah. But most importantly, aku harap sangat dia akan release album. Jangan jadi angan-angan tahi ayam dah lah. Rugi oo kalau takder org nak explore sore dia. Susah tu nak jumpa sore dia…weih!!! Kalaulah aku ada syrkt rakaman sendiri, aku amik Nubhan as artis aku. Chewwah!!! Harap-harap, dia (and Stacy) will succeed after this. Student yg lain tu, aku takde lah minat sgt. But, hope something great also coming their way. Oklah… (WEIH!!! KOMEN LAGU AKU KAT BAWAH NI!!!!)
